CertifySF Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any practice exam, course, or digital content (collectively, the “Product”) on CertifySF.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the site.
2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Copying Policy
All content provided on CertifySF is the exclusive property of CertifySF and is protected by international copyright laws.
- Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use only.
- Prohibition of Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen-capturing, recording, or redistributing any portion of the exams or study materials.
- No Shared Accounts: Sharing login credentials with others is a violation of these terms. Our system monitors concurrent logins and IP locations; detected misuse will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
3. Payment & Strict Refund Policy
Due to the intangible nature of digital exam prep materials, CertifySF operates under a strict “Access-Based” refund policy:
- The 7-Day Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- The “No-Access” Rule: Refunds are only granted if the student has not accessed any course materials or started any practice exams. Once a course is opened or an exam attempt is initiated in TutorLMS, the product is considered “consumed,” and the sale is final.
- Processing Fees: Any approved refund will be issued minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Results
- No Guarantee of Passing: While our materials are designed to aid study, CertifySF does not guarantee that you will pass any official Salesforce certification exam.
- Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy but provide materials “as-is.” CertifySF is not an official partner of Salesforce.com.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Product at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, including but not limited to content theft or account sharing.
